- 1 tbsp chili pepper crushed
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 1 tbsp oregano finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt , or to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper
