30 minutes Saucy Ground Beef and Noodles Recipe
Delicious, quick and easy Ground Beef Recipe, in just 30 minutes. Sweet and savory, a perfect dinner for a busy weeknight.

Ingredients for Ground Beef
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Maggi seasoning optional
- 1 cup peas and carrots (frozen)
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger minced
- 1 yellow onion small, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion (scallion or chive) chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 pimento pepper diced
Ingredients for Egg Noodles
- 1 pack egg noodles cooked (12 oz/340g)
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 onion small, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger fresh (finely minced)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tablespoon parsley dried or chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning optional
Instructions for Ground Beef
Place your skillet on the stove and allow to heat for about 2-3 minutes.
Add vegetable oil, chopped yellow onions and mix for about 1 minute.
Then add minced garlic and ginger and mix for about 30 seconds.
Add ground beef and salt and mix thoroughly. Cover and allow to cook for about 5 minutes.
Drain excess oil from ground beef using a large metal strainer.
Place ground beef back into the skillet.
Add peas and carrots or mixed vegetables and allow to cook for about 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and stir in thoroughly.
Add chive or green onion, chopped pimento peppers, and Maggi seasoning if using and mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Instructions for Egg Noodles
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring to a boil.
Add salt and egg noodles and cook as directed on the package. Once Egg Noodles are fully cooked, drain and set aside.
Using a skillet or pot, allow it to heat for about one minute, add one tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add chopped onions and stir for 30 seconds, then add minced garlic and ginger and allow to cook for another 30 seconds.
Add cooked egg noodles and mix thoroughly using a thong or wooden spoon. Add sesame oil and Italian seasoning and mix for about 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle dried or freshly chopped parsley and mix thoroughly.
Serve with ground beef and garnish with grated cheddar, parmesan, or mozzarella cheese.
